The Premise:
Led by an Elder who values patience over power, an elite Yautja clan chooses a barren, ancient desert world as its new hunting ground. Their quarry is The Zarim, a nomadic human tribe known for their resilience and deep knowledge of the desert.
The Yautja seek to observe and challenge the very limits of human survival, but in this unforgiving crucible, they will discover that the Zarim hide secrets far older and more dangerous than any technology.
The Story:
This story shifts the narrative focus to the Yautja perspective, exploring the strict code and tradition that drives the hunt. It is a game of intellectual and physical endurance, where the Elder deliberately restricts the use of advanced technology to test the true skill of his clan against a deeply adapted prey.
As the hunt progresses, the Yautja are forced to confront the history of this world and question their own assumptions about their dominance, leading to a profound cultural confrontation that neither side expected.
